    The woman working the information desk is quite rude. Unhelpful and unapologetic about it. I had the opportunity to sit and listen to her on the phone as people called in, and in my opinion her behavior and attitude are completely unacceptable. Honestly, it's attitude's like hers that give "government" a bad name. She either needs a vacation, additional training, or a job where she doesn't interact with the public asking questions.
